Received credentials on 9th evening. First email was on 30th May.

You can get health card in Ontario if you have a permanent full time job. You simply need a letter from your employer and your work permit

No it is true. They have one portal where all clients appliacations are there. You should be able to link your pr card application without a problem. Usually representatives don’t link that to their portal
