I received my eCoPR on July 17th and not received PR card yet. it has been 135 days. Ottawa office and Etobicoke location. Processing time says 56 days but not sure why we have not received after 135 days. I already sent a fax as it is more than 6 weeks from the portal.

I have the same AOR 11th Mar. Visa office Ottawa. MEP- 19th March, Eligibility, and Criminality passed on 1st week May then file stuck on Security from last 2 months. Today also I called and the same status. don't know why security has not yet started.

My application is also stuck in security. AOR- March 11th Called IRCC agent on 3rd May, 21st May, and 11th June. they said everything passed, only security not started. 3 times they provided the same update. Not sure why my application stuck in security.

I am also waiting for the 1st email. Called 3rd of May, 21st of May, and 11th of June. Every time the IRCC agent said, all passed except security. I am also stuck for over a month now in the security section. Not sure when I will receive the email. VO- Ottawa agent said.
