    I believe the only way to check is if they have read your message sent via epost. I think they will read your message, analyze your application and supporting docs then reply back to you later on. Fyi, I didn't go through this route as my PR application under Express Entry is near to the final...

    Hi @irenelin0854 - you can just view the message received by epost and click the message, you will see the option "Post Message", click on that then you will see a place to send your application and related attachments there.

    It's been almost a week since HK Police sent out the PCC via the registered mail (normally on average the delivery time for the local registered mail is around 2 days) and when I call IRCC this morning, they told me that they haven't received by PCC yet so just wondering if this is due to them...

    Congratulations......you need to reply to the information they requested via the portal email. Once you send those then they will send you the credentials for the portal login where you will need to upload your photo and address to receive eCORP. Finally, they will send you a physical PR card.
