    we ended up having to get the photos redone in late february due to poor quality photos from London Drugs (thankfully they retook them and gave us 50 dollar gift cards each :) ), but on the portal it still says photos in review despite receiving the cards

    It simply means that they are waiting on the U.S authorities to respond to the info sharing request. How long it takes just depends on their end of things.

    you would need to speak to the company to find out if they would support your PNP application, some do, some don't. If you have a job offer when applying for PNP there are a number of steps the employer has to do in terms of documentation- like proving advertising requirements,etc...

    you are employed by your employer whilst on paid vacation, there is no need to explain it. If you were employed for 12 months and took the vacation that was allotted to you by your company it is still classifed as 12 months of work experience.

    it means within 6 months of the letter to remain valid, that's because when you receive a nomination you have 6 months to apply for PR. I'm not sure of the details of a work permit renewal though

    write a letter of explanation that the company no longer exists, and provide the letter from your old manager and your other docs.- it's not that uncommon.

    I think you need your eCOPR/COPR in order to get domestic fees at a Canadian University as it's the document that gives the specific date that you become a Canadian permanent resident, before that you are just approved but not "landed"

    last year it was taking anywhere from 4-12 months to get AOR, your current wait for AOR isn't out of the ordinary. I applied for PR in Jan 2022, and didn't get AOR until Aug 2022. Take a look at this spreadsheet to get a general idea of timelines...
