No, i think GCMS only can be issued to people who are physically in Canada. But i don't know how they can verified it. You can ask your friend to order it on your behalf.

there is no certain period you can refer to. I got PAL Nov 2020, and total silence after that. Somebody got DM one month after PAL. Only you can do is waite.

Actually, we are the same, at the very initial period. I am outside of Canada when the application is submitted. But now I am inland without family. And I haven't got MR since last Sep after AOR. I was going to wait for the MR, but i changed my mind after ten months' silence. Just did up-front...

I got exactly the same timeline as well, BCPNP, PA inland and with two outland dependents. Did you get a medical request?

What is your info sharing record # showing that result? My info sharing record # 2 showing this status, It is supposed to have #1 record of info sharing, but it didn't disclose to me due to some reason. So i don't know whether this #2 is the most updated result.
