COPR number was undated online too for me but I don’t see anywhere they requested for my actual passport. I have checked my email and and no other document file on my cic acct except my pre arrival service.

How was your Passport Request sent? Cos my stopped at Pre Arrival services and I have tried calling the immigration office number but unable to get through to an agent.

I haven’t gotten my PPR letter but my document status on my tracker has been updated.

I would have yo contact them cos I don’t see any email requests. Also, my document # section is updated as well. Question: is the email from IRCC? Or another sender? As I would have yo check my junk mail

Hi I got an update today saying that we received the passport/travel documents you sent, but they haven’t requested my passport yet. They only sent the pre-arrival pdf document.

We applied in February, got spousal approval in May along with the information that my application being moved to Accra. Now I don’t know what the next step is. My biometrics shows complete. Now waiting. congratulations on the completion of your medicals
