Hi @R06n24, Were you able to link your PR Card application to your GCKey account? When they reject your photo, do you get email notification or you see that in PR Portal? In case you were able to link it to GCKey, will photo rejection be notified in that application portal as well?

I called IRCC last week and asked for detailed status of my application to the agent but he only said your application is almost done and you are in queue for Landing process.

No change in Portal status. Address changed to 'Accepted by IRCC'. All other things are unchanged. And there is an option to download eCoPR at the bottom. My application in GCKey got updated to 'Approved'.

I got an automated email with 'eCoPR Available for Download'. Then I logged in and downloaded eCoPR from PR Portal.

Okay. The delay might be due to holidays. I am expecting that we'll get eCoPR this week. Fingers crossed!

Waiting for eCoPR since December 24th. Do you know which Visa Office is handling your landing process?

Try uploading it without using the in-built cropping tool in the portal. It says if you can't crop the image an IRCC agent will do it for you later. It might not give you warning but agent might still reject after review. Not sure what can be done here.

Do you know the Visa Office that sent you the portal email? It might be in the signature of the email that you received or in the attached instructions pdf.

I am not sure about it. 1680x1200 should be good as per specification but not sure why is the portal warning about the pixels.

Were you getting any other warning like brightness too low etc. ? It is very difficult to get the correct image when you don't know what exactly is required.

Once you resize it to 3360x2400 , does it still show the pixel error? Did you already get your eCoPR?

Have you received your eCoPR? Do you know the Visa office that sent you portal email?
