Today, I received MR and ADR requests simultaneously. The status also change from Application Received to In Process. About 2 days back, I had dropped email to local VO about the delay. It waked them from slumber and kicked off the process after 2 years. AR Dec 2019 AOR Feb 2020.

I got almost similar timeline. The only difference is from Dec 2020 the status is Medical: Reviewing & Background check: Processing.
