Yeah the application is approved once they accept your address they will send your copr Just wait for 1 or 2 days if you don’t hear from them. Try replying one more time. Make sure you replying all officers won’t search for your email. I guess this email are going to a group mail box from there...

The original email contains a agent ID that helps routing the email to officer folder who handling your request. Or a UCI number to help. So that you will get the credentials faster than without officer trying to search your reply email from ocean of mails

It shouldn’t take long depends on VO and officers. When you replied did you include your original email or just send a fresh email

Try sending the email again make sure you include the original email you.

Make sure you include the original message in the reply. Please do that I seen people send a fresh email without some info from the old email body it won’t redirect to the officer ask your agent to send whole email instead of just the PDF

Once they accepted your address and declaration in the portal. You can download ecopr by login in and scroll down to the bottom of the page you will have an option for download

When I replied I mentioned **** Etobicoke ***ETO 1234****(copied from the original email which I received) second line Option A And then my Info Make sure you are replying not forwarding or sending a brand new email
