I applied for TR to PR as well but CEC is Quick in my case No idea about speeding I think it totally depends on the VO and Immigration Officer.

AOR:- 11th September 2021 Medical and Bio:- 20th October 2021 Ghost Update:- 28th October 2021 Portal Email:- 1 November 2021 Waiting for Portal Credentails I will update as soon as I receive any update.

I received an email that my application is updated and checked in the account as well :)

Medical and Biometrics Approved on 20th October 2021.

AOR: 11th September Biometrics: Already given in past 2020 January Everything Upfront PCC and Medicals. No updates yet its been more than a month

I Submitted mine at 4:30 PM EST and counter was around 19.1k looks like I might get AOR around Oct or Nov.

Guys got new Update from CIC New Instructions Temporary public policies: Temporary Resident to Permanent Resident Pathway Assessing the application against the policy conditions

So that means I can change it / I cannot wow thank you so much ;)
