    Can a regular full time international student in Canada continue to work full time remotely for a company in India? . i. e. He will be studying in Canada and will be physically present in Canada but will continue to work remote as an Indian employee. Will it impact the PR application?

    I got my PPR on 15th June. Well even after raising webforms you get the standard response. I believe having a call with the agent on phone asking for status on 13th June helped me.

    Getting response on webform be considered a positive sign ? Its been 128 days since I submitted my student visa application. I raised a webform an got response on it after 20 days with a very generic mail. Can I consider this as a positive sign that IRCC will now atleast look at my profile ?

    Thank you so much for the response. Yes my biometric and Medical got updated within few weeks of lodging my file. But now its been more than 4 months. Backlog is the word which has been haunting me lately as I can see Oct, Nov, Dec and Jan students waiting for response.

    I lodged my file on 2nd Feb 22. I can see IRCC giving PPR to March, April and May files already. I am worried as only 2 months are left for my studies to start and I can't resign from my job without a visa. Can anyone help me with what can be done? :(

    Meaning I will submit a request for fee refund from University A and then apply for Visa for University B again? Wouldn't Visa Officer have an issue with it? I mean he might think that the student is not himself sure about the decision?
