Do they at least acknowledge that they recieved the medical? On gkey it still says "We have requested a medical exam."

Hi everyone, we are March 2020 applicants. My husband completed his medical in January and we haven't heard back since then. Is this normal? Who should he contact to find out more? He is in Jamaica and I am in Canada

Hi my husband recieved a medical request on November 30 and completed it by January 4th (hard to get an appt during holiday/covid) also their x-ray machine was out of service. But Everything was sent in and he still has not recieved any confirmation that they recieved his medical. What should we do?
