Quick question : Did they ask you to ship your passport to CPC - Ottawa directly? Also, when you shipped your passport- did you include an envelope for return shipment? I know we have to include a return label along with commercial invoices but I am not sure about the return envelope also.

I know someone who got COPR last week. He's a U.S resident, FSW Outland AOR Sept 2019. It's gonna take a while for outland applications since IRCC has to work on backlog applications first.
