Hello, I'm in a same situation, I received my PR card along with spouse n a kid, but 2 kids PR card never received since Jan 16 (ECoPR), for one kid they asked to upload a new photo online, I did the same day, but no result, I raised the web form and I got the reply today that one kid...

That's really confusing, but when I checked my GC key account, it's only one application number that's apearing, under which all of my dependents names are given , normally they track application through UCI number

It was updated today, only it shows final decision made on 4 January, we are processing your case.... Card mailed information yet to be updated

Just got an update from IRCC, that decision has been made on my PR cards, hoping, this week or the next week cards to come.. ecopr 16 jan, vo etobicoke

If you have waited six weeks longer than the normal PR Card processing time and you still have not received your PR card, you can submit a Solemn Declaration...

I think the way we all got our P1, P2 and ecopr together, similar we all will get the PR card the same time, I'm hoping soon these to come as almost 4 weeks been past, and 6 weeks time frame is given by them

Sorry I couldn't get your question precisely, but I haven't gotten anything by mail from IRCC, since almost all correspondence is being made online, just PR cards would come through mail. Besides I linked my PR card application with gckey, and it shows in process since the day I linked it, no...
