All countries you stayed for 6 months and more you should provide PCC. I also received that kind of request. Uploading that file in gckey have a certain deadline, and if you fail to upload. It is also stated in the request letter what will happen to your application. I suggest read it carefully.

Im waiting for medical request. No update since the last time they asked me for a Police Clearance last Oct. 19. I have also uploaded it on the slot they provided at the gckey on the same day.

Technically what you say is true but for an application to become an international student its better not to mention anything about pgwp and pr in the process because it will trigger high risk for refusal.

This is confusing, but maybe its a good sign also that they are now working with my application. But still disappointed because there is someone in my country with the same timeline as me got his ppr already.

On my case, im checking my gckey everyday. Today my eligibility status started, without any email notification. Is that what they call ghost update? Waiting is frustrating, all we just want to know is if we pass or not. Or if there is something wrong with our application so we can fix it asap.

For sure thats a scam attempt to you. The process of ircc for applications always involves full payment before accepting your application. Check the email address or contact info of that person or letter if its the legit email/office of ircc that informs the applicants for the updates.
