If you have two applications, you should submit two checks to be safe. Also, to be extra cautious, print the right name on each check, Check 1 , your name, check 2. your spouse's name. The system is very finicky and its better to stick to the worst interpretation guidelines.

Hello, the fee is 41.40 per application. In the checklist it says that you need to submit a separate check for BLs fee but in fact just one Moneyorder is enough for an application. If you are making it from Post office, you can put the payer name as 'BLS INTL Services Canada Inc'
