Yes, no one knows, I'm hoping 1st week of August or September and COPRs will also start sometime, they can't be delaying them forever while processing other streams.

Going by previous replies in the thread, ces probably won't. IQAS may give but I'm not sure. You may ask Ali Iftikhar on YT, he could know about it. All the best!

Does your degree have the duration mentioned on it? Then there is no problem. Also, CES examines the course details, duration, etc on its own. You can write to their support and clarify.
