Well I sent to the portal the last couple times, but got no answer. Until I tried the CIC-Etobicoke-Landings@cic.gc.ca today, then I got the ECOPR right after. May be it's a coincidence but definitely worth the shot. Try it and let me know

I just give them my name and UCI. And kind of telling them I think there is some problem with the portal and attach the info (photo and address) again. I’ve sent it 3 times and never got any reply. Which email did they reply to you from?

Finally I can move on the waiting for the PR card. Just received my ECOPR at 4:20pm.

I feel anyone get it in a few days usually people apply in 2021 or under the new stream they invented. They got approve within like 3 months and ecopr in within a week. This is so ridiculous

Same here. Tried to call CIC and was told to contact them again if I still don't hear anything by mid-July. I'm so tired of this waiting game

I’m waiting since May 21 if that help. I called the CIC and one of them told me to call them again by mid-July if I still don’t hear anything since they having about 1 month delay. Still it weird to see most people submitted in June got ecopr so fast

My VO Is Etobicoke. It took them almost a month to do the landing and send the 1st email, I got approved per GCMS note in on April 20 and they sent the portal on May 20. Guess it’s snail pace in Etobicoke office

Just wondering if it's possible too contact the Etobicoke office to know the status about that in your case? I mean 1.5 month is ridiculous

Yeah, one of the agents told me that don't expect the Etobicoke office to reply soon, it could take them up to a month to send those out. It's just strange that the web portal shows nothing but everything is under reviewed.

I called them again today and got a much nicer agent. She told me the application was approved on April 22, 2021 and transferred to Etobicoke office now. So I guess it shouldn't be too long after that.
