Thanks for the response. I guess I should have clarified what I was asking...can an Outland FSW EE applicant land inside of Canada if they are there as a tourist when the COPR is issued.

Well, we went to the department of homeland security and gave them our biometrics form. We did nothing else. We have never had to deal with any USA office of IRCC. Same with medicals. The doctor provided the information directly to IRCC.

I know this information, we just got back from visiting Canada. I just want to know how to get my COPR now that we have our PPR letter. There are no instructions for where to submit for Americans on this letter. None.
