Hello one and all ! I applied on 12th of May. No response yet. Can anybody tell me — after applying for PGWP how many letters comes into account after submission ? What is implied-status letter ? What information does this letter bear ?

Check the "Job acceptance letter/Work contract" that you SIGNED before joining your job. It will list all JOB-Duties you are required to perform.

As what I understand -- fluctuating hours are acceptable. For example: 25 +35=60 acceptable in two weeks, But 60 in just one week isn't acceptable. Overall -- 1560 hours in shorter period than 1 year/12 months/52 weeks is NOT acceptable for TR to PR. All the best.. :)

The BEST way, or the APPROPRIATE way -- to do calculation for TR to PR (Not CEC) ? What's your opinion, scylla ?

Dear, 52 weeks is already = 12 months/1 year. Its NOT a shorter period. Hope you understand my point :)

CEC says: We don’t count any hours you work above 30 hours/week. TR to PR says: Work in excess of 30 hour per week over a shorter period cannot compensate for any shorter overall period of experience. There’s a huge difference. In CEC they will NOT count any hour above 30 in a week to...

Working FULL time exemption was given to international students from 23-APRIL -to- AUGUST. Make sure you haven't exceeded working 20 hours during academic session. That could be a problem.

Who signed the form 5669 ?

But, this is for FSW applicants, NOT for TR to PR applicants. Or, you mean they FORGOT to write in TR to PR eligibility criteria that -- calculate your hours as outlined in FSW ? IF SO, then why they didn't FORGOT to write in TR to PR eligibility criteria that -- don’t count hours you weren’t...

Of course, the burden of providing documents is on our side. But, that doesn't mean employer violated the laws. :)
