It was there under gckey until the deadline they provided. Now it disappeared. The email states that if you miss the deadline, then you have to fill in a webform to update IRCC. Make sure you send a webform clearly explaining the circumstances.

Hello It was for my parents' visitor visas. It took about 5 days to submit and get the passport back. I suggest you try tracking through the VFS portal or chat with them directly during working hours via their website.

Hii. Mine took about approximately 2 weeks for the decision and then I had to send my passport to them, which took another ~5days. But this was during the pandemic and I am not sure how faster or slower the process is right now. Hope this helps.
