Enhance CRS points by studying additional certificate/diploma

LOL not for what to take but I would expect there should be more information given for the criteria they are using to judge. As you have said, IRCC could easily invalidate the report from authorised agencies, it would answer a lot of the questions most applicants hold if they can at least tell...

Enhance CRS points by studying additional certificate/diploma

Many thanks for your reply. In this case shall I seek advice from both agencies like WES and IRCC? I know that they probably won't give me a definite answer but at least I could know what to expect / what not to take.

On Medical Inadmissibility & Excessive Demand

Yes, I understand that spouse sponsorship will also take quite some time. But in comparison to option 1 that I mentioned above, EE could save me at least 1-year-time (working in Canada for 1 year before applying PR), right? If it really works out this way, I will need to start improving my...

Yes, I am aware of this. But in theory, the time for separation should be greatly minimised?

Thanks for your reply! Since more details on the HK pathway are still not yet announced (e.g. what types of work are qualified), I guess there is no point in estimating the time for PR processing for now. Just out of curiosity, Is EE a possible way for us in addition to the above options? I...

Same procedure? PFL then accept/reject letter? Judging from the above, it seems that I have 2-3 options. Please let me know what you guys think. Thank you! Options Pros Cons Questions to be addressed I apply for a 3-year OWP via HK pathway as an individual I apply for PR after...

On Medical Inadmissibility & Excessive Demand

Thanks for the reminder. I believe she could find a lot of programmes in Canada that are conducive to her future career. Regarding the medical aspect, I assume under Study Permit, she would need to undergo the same medical exam right? Does medical inadmissibility apply in the same way or is it...

On Medical Inadmissibility & Excessive Demand

The real estate prices in HK make it almost impossible for young couples to live together, both in terms of renting or buying. We may stay over at each other's home from time to time, but I would not say it is a cohabitation. We still use our parent's house as the mailing address, to say the least.

On Medical Inadmissibility & Excessive Demand

Many thanks for your reply. No, we haven't been living together for a year. I understand that it would be more feasible for me to get PR first then sponsor her, but separation for multiple years would for sure be a big challenge for us (as for other couples/family). So if possible, we would like...

On Medical Inadmissibility & Excessive Demand

Many thanks for your reply. No, we haven't been living together for a year. I believe we will definitely receive a Procedural Fairness Letter along the way. Do you think hiring a Canadian immigration lawyer is a good idea?

On Medical Inadmissibility & Excessive Demand

Hi folks! Greetings from HK. As the political situation is getting worse and worse day by day in HK, my girlfriend and I had begun to look into different immigration options, and have finally decided on Canada. As I was a university graduate from the last 5 years, I am qualified for the 3-year...
