    That's how mine happened. During the day, they updated my portal to read "we are reviewing the results of your medical exams" when I was yet to submit a medical report. At 11:59 pm that very day, the email asking me to go do my medicals dropped.

    Just go to the ministry of health head office at Ridge and ask for it. It took about 3 working days for me to get the letter

    If you are referring to the Biometric Validity Letter (BVL), then I received it the same minute I received the Passport Request (approval). It was exactly four(4) months after I had submitted my application.
