I have a similar situation now, For my spouse, medicals expire on Sep 09th, 2021 - but still they have sent a medical request for him. It doesn't mention anything about re-do medicals or your medicals is going to expire soon. It's a medical request letter as if there was no upfront medicals...

My hunch is that, they are not giving CoPR for applicants who have dependents in India!

I applied on sep 17th 2020, all stages passed as per GCMS notes on May 5th, 2021, got one outland dependent.
