I would just love for it to be the actual AOR.. but this begins with an X and I've read where the actual AOR begins with an F?!

Hi all, So I just did my fingerprints to send for FBI clearance and I'm now filling out the application form online. They are asking for a SSN.. which I do not have. Is it ok to just leave this blank and should I send an explanation why I don't have a SSN? Any feedback would be much appreciated
