You will see it if you paid for a gcms notes. or if you got a request of updated documents, then at the bottom of the letter is the officer’s initial. These are the only way to know who’s your officer.

You’re welcome. Yup. When ircc opened and transmitted my file online, it was under Officer IT (based on gcms notes). but it’s officer DA who requested the medical and ADR (last month) and who also approved my owp. I only “met” Officer DA last july.
