I see a Ghost Update on PR Card application Today, I think the email to Prairies worked. Hopefully soon I will see an update that the card has been mailed.

My portal shows similar status for each stage. The PR portal confirmation document has mentioned that my PR application has been approved. I just replied with the details they had requested hope to receive portal credentials in few days.
