I actually just collected it today, though it was ready on Monday. It took me 3 weeks from submission to get it back. There is an error with our heights but I read that that can be fixed at the border. Tickets already booked so didn't want to send it back. Lol

I think it means you should follow the instructions in the letter, submit your passport and then choose when you land when they are returned to you. Congratulations!

Have you looked at 2211 or 3211? I don't know if it might fit better (especially 3211) as I recall coming upon both during the search for my NOC. You can check it out.
