Hi , can anyone guide me on how to get GCMS notes. I applied on Dec 3 and my background and prohibition are still showing in progress for past 6 months. Last update I got was on March 23rd.
File submitted- Dec 4th
Test completed - march 8
File is stuck at Prohibitions and Background since March 27th and no update.
Is there any email where I can follow up or escalate?
