    Hi all, I have a problem with the Outland Spouse Sponsorship application fee, I'm a Canadian who lives in hong kong with 2 dependent children who already apply Canadian citizenship proof in 2020 Dec, do I still need to pay for the Sponsor a dependent child $150 CAD X 2?
