    If your refusal was not on account of some mistake you made in the application, you can also explore the option of getting a Canadian lawyer to represent you. I have heard people take that route if visa was rejected for vague reasons.

    I think the one who applied in November must have applied through SDS but the one who applied in Jan and got PPR in March definitely applied through non-SDS. It’s possible that her application may have moved faster because she has travel history to Canada (not sure if that matters). However if...

    No, I dont think they are working with that logic because my friend who applied for the June intake in Jan-21, got her PPR on 10-Mar while another friend who applied for Jan-21 intake in Nov-20, got her PPR on 15-Mar.

    Yes, Indian files. A friend of mine who applied on 13-Jan, also got her PPR on 10-Mar. She may have gotten lucky but lets hope we see some movement on our Feb files soon.
