LOL Received ecopr today ~ My VO is Vancouver. My status in the portal is still in review with IRCC but I can download eCopr at bottom of the page. I am not sure my application status in EE since I used agent who did not tell me yet. I guess it is still in the process not approved yet...

No, you need to reply to questions first and then you will get 2nd email from IRCC to tell you the login portal's password. On the portal platform, you submit your photo and address here.
