Yes. I’m way behind you. I also waited for FIVE MONTHS from decision made to first email for portal. My timeline is a disaster… still waiting. It’s been 17 months total so far and no ecopr and file has decision made.

etobicoke is notorious for making people wait MONTHS for ecopr, enjoy the ride!

I replied with the attachment, didn’t get anything for 2 days, I replied again this time with no attachment and got credentials within 3 hours. It could be a coincidence, but worth a shot.

when you reply to the original portal invitation email, are you replying with the file pdf they sent you attached or no? I would definitely try to send it with no files attached.

for some etobicoke is quick, for others still waiting. I don’t think it’s a specific officer anymore once it gets to the portal stage. I also do not believe it’s a laziness issue. It seems, for the most part, some emails just don’t get read for whatever reason, they could end up in their junk...
