After you are conditionally approved, during the Nexus interview you can get it updated. Nothing to do now.

Pembina EC is US side Land only and you'll have both Canadian and US officers in there. So you should get both parts done in the one appointment there. For more clarity, you can call the EC directly and clarify your questions

No. Not automatically included as you'd need to create a TTP profile, apply for Nexus for your child and go through the whole process of applying, approval and interview. Fair warning, if you apply now it will only get approved after 12-14 months. I'm sure you're aware of that already by now...
