    I have a doubt. If the notes were issued in May, why did it reach you very late? Is it because of the third party or IRCC itself releases the notes very late after issuing it ?

    I’m eagerly waiting too. Same Nov AOR. Heard from the IRCC agent yesterday that my file is in NDVO and eligibility not started. I’m wondering what that means. I wonder if it’s under process or if they haven’t even touched my file.
