No problem Bro. Just don’t bring up in any of your applications to CIC else an inquisitive visa agent can mess you up. With your extensive work experience and Canadian diploma you’ll definitely make the points to get an ITA. Good luck.

I feel your school is complicating and blowing this thing out of proportion. I’ve never seen anyone being refused because of an authorized work. The eligibility for pgwp has nothing to do with unauthorized or what not. Please don’t stress yourself about this. Good luck

Applying for post graduation work permit

That’s awesome bro. I think you’re good to go. Honestly I haven’t seen a case where someone was refused because of unauthorized work. Applying for post graduation work permit

Hi bro yes you’re on applied status as you received your completion letter on February 2. By this I think you have up to May 2 (90 days) to apply and be able to continue to work. WORKING MORE THAN 20 HOURS DURING ACADEMIC SESSION

IRCC won’t know because they don’t have firsthand access to your SIN due to Privacy. But why would you wanna work above 20 hours? Please concentrate studies, and when you’re done you can work as much as you want. This limitation is for your own good as a student. Cheers and don’t break the law!

Can my PGWP be denied if i didnt repay the CERB and I owe CRA money?

It is really funny how people think CRA and CIC are the same organization. No they’re different. CIC is in charge of immigration while CRA takes care of our taxes. CIC has nothing to do with CRA. And for your information CIC don’t have access to your SIN so they won’t know whether you took CERB...

Applying for post graduation work permit

Ok bro. Don’t be stressed as I haven’t heard of any case where pgwp was denied due to unauthorized work. Normally if you studied full time ( which I believe you were) and didn’t take any leave of absence you should be fine. Good luck Bro.

Applying for post graduation work permit

Hi Bro, sorry for the late response. You can work as you’re on implied status. Don’t worry about your “illegal work”. You may choose or otherwise disclose it and write LOA. As I previously mentioned, IRCC don’t have access to your work history as they don’t have access to our SIN. They sometimes...

Applying for post graduation work permit

Well you have two options. Either you declare that you worked and write letter of explanation or otherwise. IRCC don’t have access to your work history firsthand. Good news is a lot of people have received their permit even after violating those laws.
