That’s ridiculous! On the Canada website it clearly states that if you are a permanent resident with no COVID symptoms you CAN enter Canada. The only extra thing is if you are not vaccinated then you need to provide a quarantine plan for 14 days on the ArriveCAN app.

Hey everyone! My hubby got his passport and COPR today :D:D Passport was sent July 15. FYI the VAC never updated us about the passport being received or it being shipped via DHL. Yes, you will receive an email from the VAC with a tracking number. Then you just go to the VAC website to track package.

Ya it was super confusing for us too. So our ppr said to submit to the nearest VAC office so we just googled the address. Then we had to visit the VAC website to pay a transmission fee and a one way courier fee, so it can be returned after coming back to the VAC office from Kingston...

That’s amazing news!! Congrats!! Did you receive a separate email with the DHL tracking number? Unfortunately our passport has to go to the VAC office first, but curious if they send another email with DHL info.

If your spouse doesn’t have dependents input 2. I had the same issue when I put 1 because it’s just my husband but when I put 2 it worked - give it a try.
