You need to choose UCI and family name. You need to enter all information same as it’s shown on your passport.

Its in the same envelope and ircc received the envelope on feb 25th at Vancouver office.

Finally, i am able to link my pr card application to my account. i am the main applicant & i added my spouse in thisapplication. I amseeing his application shows approved but mine was still showing submitted.Does anyone have experience with this situation?
