When medical extended on April 26, was it updated in the portal same day as well?

I have also the same timeline and status is same. Gave biometric on 15 Oct.

@legalfalcon My AOR is March 2020, CEC inland and criminality is still in progress, when I called to IRCC last week they said my medical got extended on 20th April but neither updated in the portal nor any update to me. What I can do now? Should I worry? I am very stressed out. Please suggest.

What was your AOR and when your medical expired? Can you please tell me the officer id to whom your file was assigned?
