I believe the best option is option 1 with the address for YOUR corp listed on the articles of incorp. You can always add an explanation letter indicating clients your ABC corp has.

When IRCC asked for my passport it asked for ALL pages. That is what I submitted. Carefully review the instructions they indicated in your email.

100% You must attend it. You do not become a citizen until AFTER you have taken your oath. So be sure to be in Canada for your (virtual) Oath.

That would depend on your current citizenship. Some automatically consider you to have renounced when you take up the second one. Others have a specific process in place. You may wish to contact your country's embassy or consulate directly. Congrats on your Canadian Citizenship.
