Honestly?! it depends. They are not going by when you submit. Some people on this thread submitted dec and are still waiting for PPR or even an update, while some that applied jan got answers back already. What i have noticed however is that it takes about 60days and more for them to get back...

Once the counterfoil has been generated and u get the email, the return tracker is usually activated a day or two after. And usually in the evening. Side note, since today and monday is a holiday, you might want to check on tue if theres no update.

You should call them but I think you will just withdraw the application. And you may get refunded too.
