Sure. Nov2nd: Embassy received my documents Nov10th: Embassy sent my documents to fisilica Feb9th: Embassy sent documents to IRCC Feb23rd: My account is updated that IRCC started reviewing my PC

I am in Canada and the canadian embassy in Mexico sent the PC direct to IRCC

Same situation here. AOR also in August 2020 and Mexican PC sent on Feb 9th. They started reviewing it on Feb 23rd and still the same status. I applied for GCMS notes 2 days ago to see what’s going on. Only Medical that is passed so far. All other sections are still processing.

Yes that will be much faster. Some said 2 weeks or even less. Remember you still need to ask the embassy of Canada in Mexico for an official letter to apply for PC from fisilica. One of the threads here explains the process exactly. Good luck

You just need to wait until IRCC sends you a request letter through a message in your account portal. It will mention your file number and visa office. You will send that letter along with the other documents.

You didn’t pass medical before they sent you the request letter for PC? If you did so don’t worry about it
