I had called IRCC Call Centre (1-888-242-2100) to inquire and IRCC agent confirmed on call that Medical Passed for all family except my son.

I am in same situation and following TRV timelines closely. It usually takes 10 business days to get the passport back after passport is received. Due to Easter, all IRCC office were close on April 15 and April 18. As per my estimate, you will receive passport back before April 30.

I guess when you send the passport you might have got the tracking number and you can check the tracking status to find if it was delivered. CPC-Ottawa will only do counterfoil update as confirmation.
