...just talked to IRCC. They can't provide any information. They don't give a fuck. Checked web page...they are currently finalizing applications received May 3-9. Does anybody here has suggestion/idea what to do next???

You are not alone lol. They received my application on April 6. I got preAOR in May and nothing after that. I can see they are processing applications from September, August, July, June and May already...idk wtf is wrong with them.

I have called while ago. All they said was, processing is delayed due to high volume...also they gave piority to cases/applications from Afganistan. Again, is there any applicants from early April that are waiting for AOR???

Has anybody tried to call IRCC to follow up with their application and how does that go? My application is received on April 6 and i have not received AOR yet while applicants from end of May are getting their AORs and some applicants from April are already fully processed and about to get...

Hi. I've just gone through all posts and tried to link my application with temp. AOR # (without X) and it doesn't work. IRCC has received my application on April 6, temp. AOR issued June 4. Are there more applicants from early April that are still waiting for AOR?

Your application won't be canceled for sure. What they can do is to refuse to let you back to Canada before your application gets completed and decision made. I'm sure you can find answer on forum, somebody probably went through this already.

Seen that this week. I guess that refers to processing as a single application (when you apply for work permit through one of the programs) We are applying for PR and adding OWP as a part of our application. In order to get OWP in process our PR application has to be in process. However, looks...

They are sending AOR's (and requests for biometrics and medical exam) to applicants from February 2021 right now. It looks like we won't hear from them for another month or two.

Anybody received anything other than temporary aor?

I have applied April 19, 2021 and still haven't got file number. Received email in June that they got my application but they are not processing it yet. I guess once they start they will issue file number.
