Oh so I changed my nice code from 2173 to 2174 shortly before the NOI which changed my score to zero. I had to open a new profile. I got an email saying my details does not match details on their system. Was asked to submit letter from ircc indicating details of my expeess entry profile created.

Thanks this is exactly what I did today. I was a little worried when I checked my ECA report I uploaded to oinp and found out that it was addressed.to ircc. I hopping that does not matter as someone suggested.
