It's a long wait for a lot of us I guess, there are many people who has received Prearrival and everything is complete on PR portal and just waiting for PPR. I got my Prearrival two months back, still waiting for PPR.

Pre Arrival Services is just an interim stage before PPR/COPR stating that now the applicant can start preparing for their life in Canada. As per current trends, people are getting PPR/COPR 3-4 months after the Pre Arrival services.

I guess you can only submit additional documents through GCKey IRCC Account. you need to link your PR application to this account and then upload additional documents.
