Congratulations! I was nominated around 2020 Dec? and got PR 2021 Dec. After AOR it took about 4 months. The process was pretty fast in my case I think. If you submit documents for PR you can apply for BOWP as far as I know. No, you cannot use it. I think you can apply for both streams.

Anyone who received ecopr? I'm waiting for PR card. they are currently reviewing my photo I guess.

Finally, I received portal and uploaded my photo. took almost 3-4 months from aor to portal , really fast. I hope all you guys get great news soon.

CIC message still says that 'We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.' even though I got PAL. Is it the same for you?

Sorry I don't know which path is faster.

As far as I know 1) email 2) no upfront medical exam for paper based applications, even if it is possible I think it would be unnecessary because the exam is only valid for 1 year and the processing time is longer than 1 year.
