Yeah it happen to me too, I did mine at UPS pro photo shop, I email them my picture and they increase the resolution, brightness intact according what IRCC needed...I uploaded it and it went thru.. so staples should edit it u edit it urself

For now nothing has changed when i checked through client application status, though i did medical some months back which they updated ...medical result received... i think once everything is done...it will show completed

i think it will make sense if you can provide letter of completion, since he has stopped or have finish his studies...please be guided as any mistake could or will lead to return of ur application.

But even with the covid issue, how long do one wait before they get back to us.... for those that did their medicals for the second time.

2017 is a long wait, so sorry. Personally i think some files are off the queue. I think one of the common delay is investigation, once ur file has an issue it get removed from queue and sent to another department to fix or find out what could be the problem or error. Files keep coming and piling...

I did my medical in sometime in October 2019, and the place is booked till September and the Secretary wasn't considerable....lucky i got a place for next week monday
