Yep! end of Jan was when I submitted. The Biometrics were already taken (from a previous application) so they got posted on the online portal the next day.

unfortunately, the super visa was rejected on March 2021 "the officer was not convinced that my parents will leave Canada at the end of their stay" I'm not sure why they'd think so but there is no explanation on what to improve or what to provide.
