Has been 3 months since we mailed the application to IRCC Quebec. No news at all. Cannot link it online since my application cannot be found. Our envelope is probably still sitting somewhere waiting to be opened. Do you have any update?

Looking at the spreadsheet, quite a few OWP's were issued this month to the 2020 July and August applicants. And a handful were just issued on April 22 to some of the 2020 August applicants.
